By leaving a gift in your will to the St George’s Police Children Trust you are helping to secure the future of our charity and enabling us to continue supporting more and more police families in need of our support.
A gift in a will is an extremely generous, thoughtful and caring way to donate to the St George’s Police Children Trust, helping us to continue providing financial assistance to police officers children and young people when they need it most.
A will is important as it protects the future of your loved ones and helps make it easier for those you have left behind.
Support is offered to more than 300 children every year. We try and help ease the financial pressures of bringing up a family when life changing circumstances such as the loss of a police officer parent or an injury or illness means they can no longer work.
A gift in your will can help us care for these young people today and also help us plan how we respond to the needs of future generations.
All donations left in your will (charitable legacies as they are also known) are exempt from inheritance tax, so you can reduce the amount of tax that would be payable on your estate.
If you are considering leaving us a gift, or if you have already included us in your will, we would be very pleased to hear from you.
